Mars Residences

Mars Residences is a contemporary residential development located in the heart of Dubai Sports City, created around the idea of active, connected, and comfortable urban living. The project combines modern architecture with functional planning and a family-friendly environment, offering residents convenient access to the wider Dubai through the surrounding road network. Its location within Sports City places residents close to schools, retail, dining, sports venues, and a variety of leisure destinations, creating a well-connected setting for both everyday living and investment.

The development is designed to support an active lifestyle while providing comfortable spaces for relaxation and socialising. Residents can enjoy a temperature-controlled swimming pool with a dedicated kids’ pool, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, children’s play areas, spacious communal lounges and seating spaces, as well as jogging and cycling tracks within the surrounding community. Ground-floor retail outlets and nearby supermarkets, salons, and F&B options add everyday convenience, while dedicated parking and round-the-clock security further enhance the overall living experience.

Mars Residences offers a selection of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments together with a limited collection of penthouses. The residences are designed with spacious layouts, open-plan living areas, and interiors that maximise natural light and a sense of openness. Clean lines, neutral colours, premium materials, and refined finishes create a sleek and contemporary aesthetic, balancing elegance with everyday practicality. Kitchens are semi-equipped, while the overall design focuses on functionality, comfort, and a modern lifestyle within a thoughtfully planned residential environment.
